What is Semapa Talent Lab?
This practical training program has an intense experiential component, applied through bootcamps and challenges, combining various aspects: leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
The participants of the program’s first edition in 2023 were 15 young talents up to 33 years old – with distinct skills and functions – from various companies of the Semapa Group.
The application model involved three steps: nomination by the Executive Committee of each subsidiary; application/pitch of each nominee; selection by Semapa’s Talent team.
Individual characteristics play a prominent role, with curiosity, creativity, a taste for collaborative work, and an entrepreneurial spirit being valued.
The composition of the teams is also designed to gather diversity in professional experience, higher education, age, and gender.
